DetailsSuper Gold Pregnancy & Breastfeeding is specifically designed to assist in maintaining the health of the mother during pregnancy & lactation when nutritional requirements are increased and to provide essential vitamins and minerals to support healthy growth and development of the baby.
It provides a daily dose of 500 mcg of folic acid, which, if taken daily for one month before conception and during pregnancy, may reduce the risk of having a child with neural tube defects such as spina bifida.
Along with 14 essential vitamins and minerals that are required during pregnancy and whilst breastfeeding, Super Gold Pregnancy & Breastfeeding contains fish oil as a source of DHA, which is important for the development of the baby's nervous system, assists in healthy brain development and in the development of healthy eyes.
